FROM MIDLAND

From Loop 250 take Highway 191 west 5.3 miles to the "F.M. 1788/Midland Intl Airport" exit. At Stop sign turn left (south). Be very careful as this is a dangerous intersection with high-speed traffic in both directions. Go 0.3 miles to the green "U.T.P.B. /C.E.E.D." sign and turn left (east) into Energy Drive. Proceed to the CEED parking lot.

FROM ODESSA

From Loop 338 take Highway 191 east 5.9 miles to the "F.M.. 1788/Midland Intl Airport" exit. At Stop sign turn right (south). Go 0.1 mile to the green "U.T.P.B. /C.E.E.D." sign and turn left (east) onto Energy Drive. Proceed to the CEED parking lot.
